BCBAS

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide both direct in-home ABA therapy and clinical oversight to clients aged 2 to 26 throughout the DC area. This role involves developing individualized behavior intervention plans, running sessions directly with clients in home, school, and community settings, and implementing goals focused on communication, behavior reduction, social interaction, and daily living skills. The BCBA will also supervise Behavior Technicians, analyze session data, write progress summaries, coach caregivers and support staff, and participate in team collaboration. Candidates must be available for weekday evening sessions, one weekend session, and a recurring monthly evening team meeting. An active BCBA certification, and at least one year of ABA experience are required.  


Behavior Technician

We are seeking a compassionate people who have experience working with children and have had connections with kids with Autism professionally or personally to be Behavior Technicians. Behavior Technicians will provide trauma informed in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients aged 2 to 26 throughout all of DC, implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA. The position involves direct one-on-one sessions focused on language acquisition, behavior support, social skills, and daily living skills. Reliable transportation is a must. Staff must work all 5 days Monday- Friday 4:30pm-7:30pm. There is an additional opportunity for a 5 hour Saturday daytime session.
